A Vice President of Westrian, Mr. Rossoll an Engineering Division Manager with 19 years of experience in the design of residential development, commercial development, industrial development, major roadway, drainage and utility designs. His projects have included: land development in Colorado and Arizona, State Parks and major roadway projects in Colorado and Arizona, and drainage systems, utility systems, roadways and grading throughout his career. With the majority of his experience occurring in the City of Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities, Mr. Rossoll maintains strong working relationships with the City staff and is established with the policies and practices established by the City of Colorado Springs for private and public projects.
