2005 News and EventsFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE JR Engineering and Westrian Provide for the Community in NeedDecember 2005 Approaching the holiday season, employees feel the importance of giving back to the community. As one employee recently pointed out, “We are thankful year round to be able to work for such a great company. This is the one time of the year that we can give back. It's not asking much.” JR Engineering and parent company, Westrian, throughout the year support several organizations. During the holiday season, the company and its employees contribute to those in need by taking on extra special missions. This year the company will support over ten organizations by providing food, clothing, and employee cash donations as well as employee-purchased gifts. The organizations include Care and Share, Christmas Unlimited, Good News Foundation, Lost and Found's Independent Living Program, Marion House Soup Kitchen, Pikes Peak Palliative Care, Project Self-Sufficiency, Sacred Heart House's Adopt-a-Family, Silver Key Senior Services, Springs Rescue Mission, and Toys for Tots.
