JR Engineering is Awarded 104th Avenue Corridor Improvements Project

Commerce City has awarded JR Engineering to manage and design their 104 th Avenue corridor improvements. A project that will add value to the community consists of 8 miles of corridor improvements including a 6-lane arterial road, traffic signal design, intersection design and an at-grade railroad crossing coordination, drainage and utilities coordination, and landscape themes to incorporate the look and feel consistent for Commerce City .

The project will be coordinated via JR Engineering's program manager, Aaron Clutter, PE. Assignment as program manager acknowledges Clutter's influence and commitment to the northeast area's development and ability to guide the direction of the project.
