The Westrian Story

As the result of the success of JR Engineering, which was founded in 1973, Westrian Group, Inc was formed in 1999 with the desire to diversify the service offerings beyond that of the traditional civil engineering and land surveying. Over time, Westrian is now serving as the brand umbrella for a well-balanced coalition of diversified consulting subsidiaries headed by JR Engineering, and offers our clients “one stop shopping” as an integrated business enterprise. In future years, Westrian will continue to expand its holdings through development of new businesses in the A/E/C industry. Each future subsidiary of Westrian will market cost-competitive niche services and products in existing or new markets that enable them to become the number one brand in the respective localities.

Areas of service for JR Engineering include land development, surveying, surface transportation, water resources, and structural engineering as well as construction observation in each of our major disciplines.

Our in-house staff of talented engineers, surveyors, and support personnel enables us to respond quickly to demanding assignments, project schedules, and changing project scopes.

Frequently, we successfully assemble teams of technical specialists from our offices to respond to the unique needs of our clients and their individual projects.
