Project Description:
Since Celebrity Development's purchase of "The Estates at Lone Tree" in 1990, JR Engineering has been providing engineering and surveying services for the site development of this gracious Lone Tree Country Club community. Most of the 145 one-third to one-half acre homesites in this private, gated community are located adjacent to the championship, 18-hole, Arnold Palmer designed Lone Tree Golf Course, with exquisite views of the mountains and Urban skyline.

The 160-acre development lies within the South Gate Water and Sanitation Districts. Several of the existing utility mains have been abandoned and relocated to allow for a reconfigured street layout, enhancing creative drainage solutions, enabling Celebrity and South Suburban Park and Recreation District to work hand-in-hand toward the continual beautification of the public country club. Although originally developed in Douglas County , Heritage Estates was part of the original new town of Lone Tree incorporated in 1995.
