Heritage Hills, Lone Tree, CO

Nature of Work: Project Description: Sidehill development encountered considerable amounts of ground water, which made it necessary to dewater the southeast side of the site and discharge the groundwater into Boxelder ditch in order to install the sewer infrastructure. In order to accommodate the homebuilders' need for basements permanent dewatering of the site is necessary. It also required a considerable amount of earth work to be relocated, whereby nearly 1 million cubic yards of dirt were cut from the north portion of the site to be placed on the south portion of the site. A further 1/4 million cubic yards of dirt was also brought in to meet the site's needs. Services provided by JR include surveying for the design survey, preliminary and final plat, engineering services including hydrology, utility design, hydraulic analysis, grading and earthworks, storm water management, construction management and construction staking. |
