Project Description:
Engineering provided design and approval of the development of five (5) filings of residential development, which included approximately 450 single-family lots, 300 multi-family units, a recreation center, an adjoining park, and a school site.

The development is a key community within the City of Broomfield that offers affordable luxury homes with a community feel next to McKay Lake and a recently construction Broomfield High School.
