Full engineering and land surveying services including site plan exhibit, final engineering, platting, easements, construction staking, and individual unit staking.

Project Description:
Chateaux at Aurora Park is located on 21.7 acres at the intersection of East Illiff Avenue and South Revere in Aurora , Colorado . This project consists of 205 town home units situated around a pond and other open space amenities.

JR Engineering prepared grading plans, drainage study, horizontal control plans, water system, sanitary sewer design, private roadway design, detention, and storm sewer design.
