Sound wall design, replacement structures, Mechanically
Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls, block architectural retaining
walls, detour phase plans, signing and striping plans, landscaping,
and highway and road design.

Project Description:
JR Engineering was contracted by the Colorado
Department of Transportation to provide civil engineering, structural
engineering, landscape architecture, geotechnical services,
traffic engineering, and construction surveying for the replacement
of the Raleigh Street Bridge.
The replacement of the Raleigh Street Bridge included the design
of a new three-span cast-in-place concrete slab bridge supported
on drilled pier foundations. JR Engineering provided the recommendations
for multiple phasing of demolition of the existing bridge and
construction of the new bridge.
