Project Description: JR Engineering's office in Colorado Springs assisted in the design and development of the new DeVry University at the Chapel Hills Technology Center .

JR provided support to Intergroup, Inc. with a development plan submittal, Grading plans, Utility Plans, water quality pond design, and a Stormwater Management Permit (SWMP).
