Project Description:

JR Engineering was responsible for the survey and design of 5 intersection improvements and approximately 100 linear feet of curb and gutter.

In the older phases of The Preserve, certain areas of curb and gutter had settled to the point that water no longer flowed through. Two intersections were pattern concrete that had also settled and deteriorated to the point it required replacement.

The City Engineering and Construction Inspection Department met with the homeowners to get their input and identify the areas of greatest concern. JR Engineering conducted a design survey of those areas and built a base map. JR Engineering the reviewed the flow-line profile and designed new curb and gutter to remove low spots and change grades to improve drainage.
