Rocky Carns joined JR Engineering's offices in 1997. A graduate of University of Wyoming and postgraduate with MBA from Colorado University , he continues to oversee JR Engineering's Denver and North Denver office operations while leading the company as COO. Carns' responsibilities include continuing the strategic development of the company's focus, strategic operations leadership, maintaining excellent working relationship with clients, while promoting and maintaining a vision and mission that people willingly embrace. |
